What this notice covers

This notice explains what happens to information you provide through tomeiworks.com — the contact form, the request for a call, and the questions about what you need help with. Tomei Works is a fictional company created for a demonstration website; no real data processing occurs.

Information we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site:

• Contact details: name, work email, company, and phone if you provide one.
• Context you volunteer: company size, number of locations, what prompted you to reach out.
• Assessment answers: your responses to the starting-point questions and the recommendation generated from them.
• Scheduling preferences: the day and time you say you are free for a call.

Where it is stored

On this demonstration site, form submissions and assessment results are saved in your own browser's local storage. They are not transmitted to a server, not visible to anyone else, and disappear when you clear your browser data. There is no database behind this site.

In a production version of this service, submissions would be sent to an inbox and a client-relationship record retained for the duration of the conversation and for two years after the last contact.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or trade contact information.
• We do not run advertising pixels or cross-site trackers on this site.
• We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in a form. If we ever start a newsletter, you would have to ask for it.
• We do not use your assessment answers for anything other than producing your recommendation.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Local storage is used only to remember your own submissions and assessment progress on your own device, so a refresh does not lose your work.

Your choices

Because everything stays in your browser, you control it directly: clearing your browser's site data for this domain removes every submission and assessment result. If we were really working together, you could ask for a copy of what we hold, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, and we would do so within thirty days unless a contract or law required otherwise.

Client information while we work together

Information about a client’s systems — equipment lists, configuration records, incident notes — is covered by the signed agreement, not this notice. That agreement covers confidentiality, who can see what, use of subcontractors, and what happens to records when the work ends. Anything we write down belongs to the client.

Changes and contact

If this notice changes materially, the date below changes and the previous version is available on request. Questions about privacy can go to hello@tomeiworks.com.
