Tomei Works is a fictional company and this website is a demonstration. Nothing here is an offer of services, and no contract can be formed through this site. Prices, response times, and process descriptions are illustrative. Do not rely on anything on this site when making decisions about your own business.

Using this site

You may read, share, and quote pages of this site with attribution. You may not scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, present its content as your own, or use it to train a model that reproduces it verbatim.

The information here is general

Articles in the resources section describe patterns we see across companies of similar size. They are not security advice, legal advice, or compliance advice for your specific environment. Compliance frameworks change, insurance questionnaires vary by carrier, and a control that is sufficient in one context is inadequate in another. Verify anything that matters against your own obligations.

Assessment results

The starting-point assessment applies a small set of rules to the answers you give. It produces a suggestion, not a diagnosis. It cannot see your systems, your contracts, or your risk tolerance, and it will be wrong for edge cases. Treat the output as a conversation starter.

Real work would be covered by a separate agreement

In a real version of this business, any work would be covered by a signed agreement setting out what we do, what it costs, how quickly we respond, confidentiality, how we handle your information, liability limits, and how either side ends it. Where that agreement and this site disagreed, the agreement would win.

• Month-to-month after an initial ninety-day term.
• Thirty days' written notice to end, from either side.
• Licenses and documentation remain in the client's name throughout.
• Out-of-scope work quoted and approved before it begins.
