Service

Managed IT

We handle the everyday IT so your team stops doing it between meetings.

Starting price
From $2,500/month
How it works
Ongoing support, month to month after the first 90 days
What changes the price
The price depends on how many people and locations you have, and how much vendor chasing you want us to do. You get one flat monthly number after the call.

What problem this solves

We take over the everyday work that keeps people logged in and working: answering staff IT requests, managing laptops and company devices, setting up new hires and shutting off access when people leave, watching the network at each location, and chasing your internet and software vendors. Contracts stay in your name. The requests stop landing on your office manager.

What we take off your team's plate

  • 01

Somewhere for staff to send IT problems

One email address and one phone number, answered by people who log every request. Staff stop texting whoever helped them last time.

  • 02

    Laptops and company devices

Set up, kept updated, encrypted, and tracked — so you always know what devices exist and who has them.

  • 03

    New hires and departures

A checklist for each role: accounts, software, hardware, access. When someone leaves, their access is shut off the same day you tell us.

  • 04

    Wi-Fi, internet and each location

We watch the internet connection and network gear at every location, and keep a written map of what is where.

  • 05

    Dealing with your vendors

We open and chase tickets with your internet providers and software companies so your staff don’t sit on hold.

  • 06

A monthly summary you can read

What broke, what keeps breaking, what changed, and a short list of what we’d fix next.

This is right if

  • Companies getting more IT requests than anyone on staff has time to answer
  • Teams where an office manager or operations lead has quietly become the IT department
  • Multi-location businesses where each site solves problems differently
  • Organizations that need onboarding and offboarding to actually happen on time

This is the wrong choice if

  • Companies that only want someone to call when something breaks
  • Home users or single-person businesses
  • Companies that want one technician sitting in the office five days a week

How it goes

  1. Week 1 — Inventory

We write down every person, device, location, subscription and admin login. Most of the surprises show up here.

  2. Weeks 2–3 — Transition

Our tools go on the devices, the support address goes live, and we work alongside whoever is handling IT today.

  3. Week 4 — Handover

Requests come to us, and your team gets written instructions for everything we do.

  4. Ongoing

Day-to-day support, a monthly summary, and a plan review every quarter.

Questions we get

How quickly do you respond?
We don’t publish one number, because it depends on how many locations you have and which hours you want covered. We agree the response times in writing before you sign, and report against them every month.
Do we have to change our existing tools?
Usually not all of them. We do standardize how accounts, devices and backups work, because that’s where most problems start. The software your business runs on stays where it is unless it’s actively failing.
Who owns the licenses and contracts?
You do. We work inside your own accounts. If we part ways, you don’t have to buy anything again.

Not sure what you need?

Answer a few questions and we'll suggest the service that fits — or tell you plainly if we're not the right company for this.
